4. Return or Exchange of Goods – please refer to our returns and exchange of goods policy

We will gladly refund or credit supplied faulty goods returned within 7 days provided the goods are in original condition, current version and not a special order, hardware, peripheral or clearance item. Otherwise, we will make our best effort to arrange exchange with the manufacturer or accept the goods back for resale. In this case, if the return is authorized by us, a restocking fee of up to 25% may apply.

Please note that where the plastic seal or shrink wrap of packaging is broken the return or exchange cannot be accepted due to copyright and licensing restrictions unless faulty or defective. In this case we will help you obtain a working copy. Also "special order" goods are goods that are not in stock at the time of an order and therefore especially ordered to meet your order.

Return or exchange of computer hardware and peripherals is sometimes not possible due to third party constraints on us (unless faulty).

Right of refusal for the return or exchange of products is at our discretion, except where the Trade Practices Act of Australia makes allowance. A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply to returned goods.

There is no return for change of mind or circumstances.

A restocking fee of 15% within 7 days, 20% within 14 days, and 30% within 30 days will be charged on all return goods, which are not faulty. No refunds after 30 days of purchase. All discrepancies with your purchase must be notified within 24 hours.

There will be no credit given on order price difference, due to price drops. Please select carefully at the time when you place your order.

Any incorrect, missing or damaged items received must be reported to us within 24 hours of you receiving the delivery. (Please quote the invoice number for reference).

Refunds for some items will be at the current market price - not at the original purchase price. This is due to rapid depreciation of computer part costs.

There will be no credit given on order price difference, due to price drops. Please select carefully at the time when you place your order.

Toner and Laser cartridges MUST have a sample of the print (NO EXCEPTIONS) or credit will be denied. Without this we are unable to process the return to the vendor of the product. Defective products must be returned in original cartons and with all original pieces, packing materials, relevant manuals and cables and accompanied by a copy of the relevant invoice. Once returned defective items will be inspected and assessed for credit. Some items will need to be sent away to various vendors for assessment and will only be credited upon approval from the vendor. NOTE: you will have to re – order for a replacement.

All claims for shortages or claims for damaged goods can only be accepted if made within 2 working days from date of delivery to you. If product has been refilled, remanufactured or tampered with in any way the claim will be rejected and sent back at the your expense.

All returns or incorrectly invoiced stock items must be returned “un –opened’ and in new condition with no writing, sticky tape or any form of labels or marking on them, or the credit will be denied. And stock returned at your expense. (NO EXCEPTIONS)

Freight on returns will not be paid for by us unless we are at fault.

5. Revisions of Terms of Use

We may revise or amend these Terms of use at any time at our absolute discretion by posting revised terms. You agree that, in the event that any portion of these Terms of use is found to be unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms of use remain in full force and effect. Any revisions will be effective immediately. By continuing to use this site after any revision becomes effective, you agree to be bound by these Terms of use as so revised. You should therefore periodically visit this page to determine the then current Terms of use to which you are bound.

6. Warranty

All products sold by us may be covered by the manufacturers' warranty that accompanies the product. Please refer to product manuals enclosed with your purchased product. We make no additional or independent warranty. We do not warrant the performance, compatibility, integrity, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose of any product, but merely pass through to you whatever end-user warranty the manufacturers or software publishers provide with their respective products. The policies and conditions are set by the manufactures and are varied from time to time without notice; We have no control over these products. Proof of purchase is necessary for the warranty claim.

Please Note: Due to restrictions placed upon us by the manufacturers, hardware that is defective on arrival can generally be exchanged if we are notified within 7 days of invoice. Otherwise, the manufacturer's warranty process must be followed.

7. Delivery of Goods

We place great importance on the fast and reliable delivery of your orders, however please note that delivery times are estimates only and we shall not be liable for delays.

If you fail or refuse to take delivery of the goods, then in addition to all our other rights and remedies, you shall be liable for all loss and damage (including consequential loss and damage) suffered or incurred by us as a result thereof and we, at our discretion may charge a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price. Anyone at the delivery address who receives the goods will be presumed by us to be authorized to receive the goods. Once the goods are delivered to you, you will own them and it is your responsibility if they are lost or damaged.

The goods shall be at your risk at the point of delivery. You, upon taking delivery of the goods, shall immediately examine the goods and give written notice to us of any defect within five (5) days of such date, failing which the goods shall be deemed to have been delivered in good order and condition and accepted by you.

10. Title of Goods

The goods shall remain our sole and absolute property as legal and equitable owner and you shall hold such goods as bailee only until such time as you shall have paid the full price. You shall be liable to us in respect of any loss or damage to the goods during such bailment.

11. Payment

The price shall be paid by you in full without any deduction in respect of any claimed set-off or counterclaim (including any such set-off or counterclaim on account of any delay on the part of us in delivering any part of the goods) on or before the payment date.

Payments must be paid in full and funds must be fully cleared prior to the title of good is passed onto the customer.

• We DO NOT process credit cards sent via emails or from overseas customers. We do not accept third party shipping, where the goods are delivered to someone else other than the customer (if it is sent to work address, then provide company detail and contact details). Please send all backorder cancellation requests to our sales email address or phone us. Except for "special orders", an order may be cancelled before it has left our warehouse with no cancellation fee. If the order has left our warehouse, a fee may apply to cover courier and restocking costs.
