FAQ's

1. How Do I Order?

  1. Once you have found the product you wish to purchase, click on the 'Add to shopping basket' button.
  2. On the next page you can change the 'Payment Method', adjust quantity, enter any comments regarding the order/delivery instructions and enter your Purchase order number. You can then click the 'Checkout' button.
  3. You will need to have an account to proceed to the next step. So if you have not logged in you will be prompted to do so, or enter your login details.
  4. You can choose your shipping address on this screen or enter a new shipping address. Then click 'Next'.
  5. Confirm your order on this screen and read the Terms and Conditions and tick the checkbox. Click 'Place Order'.
  6. If you are paying by Credit card you will need to enter the details on this screen. Once complete click 'Next'. You will receive an order confirmation email as well as credit card receipts via email immediately. Please check your Junk email folder if you do not receive them.
  7. Your order is then complete and will be processed by our orders team. You will receive status updates on the ETA if any items are out of stock.

2. When can I expect my order to arrive?

Generally you expect your delivery to arrive within 24 – 28 hours of payment. On the odd occasion this may vary due to circumstances out of our control.

3. What does delivery cost?

We offer a fixed price delivery service per item Australia wide of $15.00.

4. Payment options

We support Credit card (Visa/MasterCard/Amex), PayPal, money order or cheque. To choose PayPal in the 'Payment Method' click the drop down box during the checkout process. You will then be directed via the Pay Pal website to complete payment. Once completed you will then be directed back to our website.

5. I’m concerned about giving my credit card details online, but I would like to make a purchase…

You can pay by ordering over the phone. Follow the prompts upon ordering for full instructions. Alternately you may want to pay for your goods via PayPal, money order, cheque or direct deposit.

6. Will I receive a tax invoice with my order?

To make life easier for our customers we have set up an online invoicing system. Simply login in to view you past and present invoices.

7. Do I need an ABN to order?

No you don’t, we sell to businesses and the public. Start shopping now.

10. Do you have shop locations/can I pick up my order?

We certainly do, we are located at Unit 1, 747 Fairfield road, Yeerongpilly 4105, QLD.

11. Are the prices shown inc or ex GST?

All prices shown are inc GST. The GST amount will be shown during the checkout process.

12. I have ordered the product. How do I know the order status?

Please log in and go to My Account to view the status of your orders.

13. Do I have to register to purchase goods from you?

Yes, all customers and users must register to complete a purchase. However you do not need to register if you want to simply browse our website. In the registration process we only require the minimum amount of information to enable effective communication and delivery.

14. What happens if the item is out-of-stock?

If the item of out-of-stock, the items will be placed on back order and will take longer to deliver. An out of-stock item will be marked with BY ORDER or will have an ETA (estimated time of arrival) listed. Please note that items low on stock may also become out-of-stock by the time your order is placed and your payment has cleared. If the item is low on stock, please contact us to confirm stock levels before you make an order.

15. Is your website secure?

We have secured our web site using the latest 256 bit SSL (secure socket layers) security certificates which means that all data either viewed or entered on any of our pages has been encrypted before it has been transferred. You will know the page is secure when you see the padlock icon on your browser or alternatively anytime the web site address begins with https.
